Executive Director La Piscine / Associate Creative Capital
With a rich tapestry of 18 years straddling the vibrant worlds of entertainment and wellness/hospitality, my career has been a journey of passion, creativity, and innovation. My odyssey began in the awe-inspiring arenas of Cirque du Soleil, where for a decade, I was part of the heartbeat of its creative teams. There, I learned the art of storytelling, the power of physical expression, and the importance of collaboration. Today, I stand at the helm of La Piscine, an incubator and accelerator that champions the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in Quebec. At La Piscine, we are committed to nurturing over a hundred companies annually, with a significant focus on empowering female leadership, as evidenced by the 48% of our companies being led by women. This statistic is not just a number to us but a testament to our dedication to inclusivity and diversity in the creative sector.
